What is the Internet?
At the end of the nineties a new medium dawned on the horizon. It even managed to caused a hype. It was called 'the Internet'.
In a few years time the Internet was discovered by individuals and businesses alike. During this course we shall have a look at what the internet can mean to you and how you can benefit from it's existance.
Training Content
Excel training is booked per hour. You tell us how much time you want to book and what you want to learn. We then work with you to teach exactly what you need. Since you have to pay in advance it may happen you end earlier than expected. That is not a problem: we shall simply transfer the money back into your account.

Getting to know the browser
Many people don't know what a browser is and we shall explain to you what it is and what it does. It is the application you use when you surf the web and since it has many options it's a good idea to have a look at what it can do. This wil improve your internet experience.
Downloading and saving files
Downloading is something you do all the time, not only when you save a file on your computer. We shall look at downloading, what it is and what you can do to do it safely.
Searching for information
Almost everyone has heard about search engines. The best known one is Google. It is used to find information on the internet. But how do you find information? How can you cleverly search for it and how do you increase the chances to find what you're looking for? We shall teach you how to do just that.

The training is on demand, you define the intensivity of the training.
Teachers
During our courses you will have a personal coach. You can ask your coach all the questions you may have and notice you will most often get the answer. While you attend the course you can send your coach your homework files and extra files in which 'things don't work'.
Duration
The course duration depends on the hours you book. You can book one hour, even half an hour.

There is no homework included unless this is addressed during the training. You will have to practise to consolidate your new skills.

Location
The courses are taking place in Amsterdam. Our location is very easily accessed by tram, bus, metro and even train. Of course you can use the car as well. All necessary facilities are available on the premises.
Literature and lesson material
There is no lesson material during Microsoft and computer training.
Applications
We have a trial for you so you can do the homework. But of course you can also download the trial from the Microsoft website.
Operating system
We shall use the Windows XP, Vista or Seven operating system during class.
Extra help
During the courses you can use your coach's knowledge to help you along. You can send in files, e-mail or call.
The location
The courses take place in Amsterdam. Our location is easily accessed by car, tram, bus, metro and even train. There is a railway station around the corner.
Companies and groups of individuals sometimes prefer in-company training. This makes working with company files easier. Call us for the options for in company training:

We do not sell the Microsoft software but this can be purchased from any software shop in the Netherlands.
